One: stop drinking pop. start drinking water (75 oz a day, to be exact.)
Working my way even to this … got to 36 yesterday, got to 48 today.
p.s. I hate when people (mostly girls) say, “I just want to be healthy. I’m getting to healthy, not a certain number.”
